Option 1: inside the app (immediate)

1. Open the app and go to the menu → “Account”.
2. Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen.
3. Confirm. Your account and all its data are deleted at once.

Option 2: ask us

If you can no longer open the app, send the request from the e-mail address or phone number your account is registered with. We carry it out within 7 days and confirm back to you:

What is deleted

Everything: your profile and shop details, accounts, invoices, cash movements, items and stock, cheques, notes, the photos you uploaded, your web store if it was enabled, and your membership in any team. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is kept

A one-way hash (md5) of your e-mail and the date you first signed up, only to stop the free trial being taken again with the same e-mail. Nothing else, except payment records (Google Play or PayPal receipts) that we must keep for accounting and legal purposes for up to five years; they contain no shop data.

If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store: cancel the subscription in the store’s subscription settings before deleting the account; deleting does not stop the store’s renewal.
