What we collect

Your shop name, phone number and the e-mail used to sign in (via Google or Apple), plus the accounts, invoices, cash movements, stock, cheques and notes you enter yourself, and any photos you upload for accounts or products. For each device you sign in from we keep a random device id, its name, its kind (Android, iPhone or browser) and when it was last used, to apply the plan’s device limit and let you remove a device.

How we use it

To run the app, sync it across your devices and produce your reports, and to send cheque due-date reminders on your phone if you enable them. Your business data (accounts, invoices, movements and the rest) is never used for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. It is shared only with our hosting provider (Supabase), the payment provider once you subscribe (Google Play, the App Store or PayPal), and our AI provider (Anthropic) for “Smart assistant” questions only, as far as needed to run the service.

Smart assistant

When you ask the in-app “Smart assistant”, your question and the latest messages of the chat, with a summary of your business in figures only (balances, sales and profit — no customer names or phone numbers), are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, to answer it; they are not used to train its models. We do not keep the chat on our servers: it stays on your device and you can clear it at any time. We keep only the number of questions per day, and an answer you report together with its question so we can review it. The assistant is optional; nothing is sent if you do not use it.

Cookies and ad measurement

The website and the app use measurement tags from Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and Microsoft Clarity to count visits and where they come from, and to measure our ads: clicks on “Start”, WhatsApp contacts, sign-ups and subscriptions. None of your bookkeeping data is sent to them. You can refuse from the notice shown on your first visit; in Europe none of them runs until you agree. The ad that brought you, if any, is kept with your account so we know which campaigns work.

Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each merchant's data is isolated at the database level, and only the operations team can access it when technically necessary.

Your rights

From the “Account” screen in the app you can export all your data as a single file or delete your account permanently at any time. Deletion is immediate, covers all your data and photos, and cannot be undone. Questions: mixsquare41@gmail.com.

Children

The app is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.
