Acceptance

By using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree with any clause, please stop using the service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your sign-in method private, and for any activity from your account.

Subscription and payment

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. A plan covers one user on two devices; each further user or device is added at the yearly seat price.

On the website and the web app (PayPal, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or bank transfer): the plan is yearly and does not renew by itself; it runs to the end of the paid year and is renewed by subscribing again.

Inside the Android app (Google Play) or the iPhone app (App Store): the plan is yearly or monthly (monthly through Google Play only) and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it in the store’s subscription settings; the store’s rules on renewal, cancellation and refunds apply. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it in the store first.

Amounts paid for a running period (a year or a month) are not refundable, except under the rules of the store you paid through.

Limits of the service

The app helps you organise your books; it is not a substitute for accounting review or legal or tax advice. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Your data

Your data is yours. You can export all of it or delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Termination

We may suspend an account for abuse or unlawful use, with the option to export your data before final closure.
